Aufgabe

The store and the context :

Bienne’s store recently celebrated its 5th anniversary. With a sales surface of about 2,500 square meters, we have a trajectory of 9.16M CHF turnover. In addition, last year we opened a smaller city store in the center of Biel. Since then, with our 30 employees, we have been doing everything to make sport accessible in our region.

We work in synergy and strive for maximum cooperation between both stores.

Because of its location, Bienne is the place to be for sports. Close to several natural sports grounds such as Lake Bienne, the Chasseral and the Jura. Bienne is bilingual, making it the ideal place to practice both French, and German. Our clients are very flexible and willing to support you in this learning process!

• Implementation of instore procedures and employee training to increase autonomy in the store
• Guarantee store safety and well-being: employees and customers
• Challenge our procedures and innovate to find tomorrow’s solutions
• Facilitate the business for our customers
• Collective animation of our team flux
• Individual animation of our team Leaders on operational topics
• Individual animation of our boutique leader on operational topics

Job Description :

• I guarantee the safety of people and property.
• I constantly optimize processes and simplify organization for the benefit of customers and teams.
• I lead and empower my store teams in flow and stock management.
• I manage and respect my economic ratios. I ensure a reliable piloting of the costs.
• I coordinate my stores’ operations, through my relations with the various external and internal departments (CFO, Real Estate, Logistics, IT).
• I animate a green leader on the durable turnover of the stores.

• You’re validated in your first mandate as an operations leader by your leader or you have a wide experience as a team leader.
• Your colleagues and your team recognize you as a role model (passionate by retail)
