Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

• Provide advice and support in operational matters to demanding large multinational corporations in close collaboration with the client advisor
• Professional, independent, and efficient handling of various activities in the day-to-day business (e.g., administrative tasks including management of pending items, payments / cash management, fixed advances, FX spot transactions, money market deposits)
• Handle front-to-back onboarding of new clients and expanding existing relationships (documentation of relationship openings, e-banking / connectivity, cash management, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Know Your Customer, periodic client reviews)
• Support client advisors in managing the client relationships, and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, and product specialists

Your team

Multinationals, part of Corporate & Institutional Clients, develops first-class, individual solutions for around 350, mostly listed Swiss corporates. As a GTP within Account Management, you will be responsible for the operational support of our clients, but can rely on experienced client advisors and various specialists. You will have the opportunity to acquire very broad expertise and actively apply it in the daily business with large corporate clients. You will work in a dynamic and diverse team that cultivates an open feedback culture and a mutually supportive cooperation.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has fluent German skills and very good English skills, both written and spoken
• enjoys contact with demanding clients and stakeholders (and ideally already has experience in dealing with clients and/or in banking)
• has a strong client and service orientation, demonstrates a high level of commitment and enjoys to take on responsibility for operational tasks
• is a team player with an independent, efficient, and reliable working style and a quick comprehension

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
