Your role

We’re looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) to:

  • support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
  • be the point of entry for processing client orders such as account openings and account maintenance
  • assist in all administrative tasks and organizational matters in relation to client’s general inquiries and related to their investments and operational aspects
  • carry out daily transaction processing, like stock exchange, subscriptions and complex troubleshooting
  • support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
  • collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • keep in contact with internal and external clients

Your team

You’ll be working in the Client Service Team (CST) Greece & Cyprus team in Geneva. As a CAM, you’re responsible for providing flawless support to the front office which is delivering high quality investment advice to wealthy individuals in the markets Greece and Cyprus. You’ll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve, and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise

  • banking experience (apprenticeship and/or banking traineeship) or alternatively
  • experience with Credit Suisse systems and processes
  • a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • experience in a similar role dealing with private clients and supporting client advisors
  • excellent computer skills (e.g. Excel)
  • and willingness to learn new tools and applications
  • unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
  • team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
  • works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
  • excellent organization and communication skills
  • professional in English and French.
