Entrepreneurship is not something we pay lip service to in our recruitment brochure. It is a value that we truly seek to uphold and live by. Did you know that there are several entrepreneurs and even active Swiss national athletes at EY Switzerland as well? This video campaign was created to showcase successful work-life-integration stories, hoping to be an inspiration for fellow colleagues and potential talents as well.

My Careers – It’s mine to build.
As diverse as we are, so are the challenges we face in our everyday professional and private lives. One day you may feel like you have everything under control. On another, the tide has turned. It could be related to multitasking, meeting various requirements, embracing differences or dealing with pressure. But it can also be about being flexible and open for the new and unknown. Dealing with challenges is nothing new and everyone knows – that overcoming these makes us stronger and more resilient.
