Mission

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team for an 8-month fixed-term contract as a Circular and B2B FP&A Analyst, covering a maternity leave.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our financial planning and analysis, focusing on circular economy initiatives and B2B partnerships. The ideal candidate will be adept at financial modeling, forecasting, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions during this key period. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the financial processes associated with customer acquisition, order processing, and logistics operations.

Reporting directly to the FP&A leader, Fanny Cortyl, you will play a key role in driving financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning to maximize value creation.

You will be the financial partner for our Circular and Services leaders, providing insightful analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Influence and drive strategic decisions with accurate budgeting and flexibility plans.
  • Develop and secure business forecasting competence for performance analysis and optimized decision-making.
  • Co-construct trajectory guidelines and execute the budget for 2026.

• Performance Management & Reporting:

  • Provide real-time data to inform and challenge business decisions.
  • Act as a business partner, supporting and challenging leaders to achieve economic performance.
  • Facilitate training on financial tools and knowledge for BU leaders.
  • Enhance BU leaders’ competency in economic performance analysis.
  • Deliver accurate data and figures for all financial presentations (Closing, Piloting, Reporting, etc.).

Profil

• Store experience, ideally in Switzerland, and a strong interest in circularity topics.

• A passion for finance and a willingness to learn.
• Hands-on, action-oriented, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Autonomous, responsible, and adaptable to change.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and solution-oriented.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Fluency in French and a good level of English.

If you are an external candidate :

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a financial controller or similar role, ideally in the retail sector.
• Strong understanding of sustainable development and circular economy principles.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling using tools like Excel or Google Sheets, and familiarity with new technologies like AI.
• Hands-on, action-oriented, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Autonomous, responsible, and adaptable to change.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and solution-oriented.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Fluency in French and a good level of English.
