We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist DE / ENG to join our recruitment team and accelerate the hiring process as we continue to grow rapidly.

Since launching our online shop in 2016 and opening our first store in Neuchâtel in 2017, we’ve been unstoppable! With 34 stores (3 new openings in the last 6 months) and nearly 1,000 team members across 5 divisions—Supply & Logistics, E-Commerce, Finance, Human Resources, and Store Operations— we are growing fast! And we’re not slowing down. Over the next 4 years, we plan to open even more stores, and we need motivated, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial-minded talent to fuel our ambitious expansion.

A new team, a fresh opportunity

We’ve recently formed a dedicated recruitment team. All recruitment efforts are now centralized through this team, meaning every single hire will pass through our hands. With growth accelerating, we’re focusing on speeding up our recruitment processes and ensuring we bring in the right talent quickly and efficiently. This is where you come in!

It is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, but which could potentially be extended.

Your mission and responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll have the exciting task of recruiting for a wide range of positions across our stores and services for Swiss German aera. You’ll be mainly responsible for sourcing key retail roles, mainly Team Leaders positions.

  • Build diverse teams: Source and hire talent that meets qualifications while adding diversity and value to our culture.

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with them to assess staffing needs, create tailored job descriptions, and ensure smooth interview processes.

  • Drive strategic hiring: Work with a long-term vision, ensuring staffing needs are met while keeping the future in mind.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Develop creative strategies, like employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and networking, to build robust pipelines for talent.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences: Design seamless recruitment processes, from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring candidates have a positive and engaging journey.
  • Screen and assess: Analyze resumes, portfolios, and references to build shortlists of top candidates.
  • Keep organized: Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, ensuring transparency with key stakeholders.

Profil

What we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, in Switzerland.
  • Fluent in Swiss-German and English

  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle using a variety of interviewing techniques and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Talent Solutions, social media platforms, and CV databases.
  • Excellent organization skills and interpersonal skills (ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers).
  • And of course, you are a sports lover - no matter what!
