Your responsibilities

You will support the Recruitment Team across all stages of the recruitment process:

• Creating and publishing job advertisements on relevant platforms and social media.
• Screening and sourcing the most suitable candidates within our network.
• Contacting candidates by phone to gather initial information.
• Coordinating interview schedules.
• Providing support with mandates and contracts, as well as various administrative tasks.
• Participating in the development of the Recruitment Team and its overall strategy.

Profil

What we are looking for :

• You have recently graduated (or are about to), preferably from a Swiss university.
• Your native language is German, and you have a B2 level of proficiency in English. French and any additional languages are an advantage.
• You are a dynamic, positive, and motivated individual with a strong sense of initiative.
• You are solution-oriented, service-minded, and a quick learner.
• You enjoy working in a team but are also capable of working independently.
