  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) based on ISO 27001 and other frameworks.
  • Work alongside cyber defense teams to strengthen threat detection, incident response, and cyber resilience capabilities.
  • Advise clients on data protection and privacy, including GDPR, data classification, and privacy-enhancing technologies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning from a cyber resilience perspective.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop client presentations, reports, and proposals.

Who we are looking for

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, or related fields.
  • A strong academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&CK.
  • An understanding of IT risk management, cyber governance, regulatory compliance, and data protection principles (e.g., GDPR).
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in areas such as security operations, incident response, or cyber resilience is a plus.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP, CISM, or CIPP/E are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in German and/or French is a strong advantage.
