Generalist Expert in Operational Taxes of an international Bank.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Execute complex tasks and acts as transfer knowledge agent
• Support & advise specialist/team head on problem solving and complex tasks
• Adhere to guidelines & policies
• Execute complex controls
• Manage incidents and resolutions
• Provide input (if required) while policy definition
• Manage complex clients and special solutions
• Support the development of new solutions
• Handle single queries of high complexity
• Maintains intranet/ wiki pages/ training material and provides front & Ops training
• Responsible for managing the day-to-day usage of key tools and processes
• Collaborate with partners
• Advise on definition of standards
• Drive continuous improvement and initiatives including the elaboration and implementation of efficiency measures
• Act as SME in change initiative
• Raise requirements in collaboration with the PO

YOUR PROFILE

• Team player
• Distinct customer and service orientation
• Multiple years of relevant work experience paired with extensive expertise
• Comprehensive knowledge of securities, their specific characteristics & taxation
• Extensive experience/expertise in operational taxes of an international bank with special focus on Withholding tax, Tax Relief at source and Tax Reclaim
• Good technical understanding of banking operations methodologies/processes
