Your role
Interested in working in corporate finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Corporate Finance Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- support transaction managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing for client visits or events and executing transactions
- maintain relationships with internal and external clients
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
- analyze Corporate Finance Projects in the context of successions
- prepare Corporate Finance memos
- execute transactions in collaboration with clients
Your team
You’ll be working in our CIC Corporate Finance team. We are responsible for business clients from small start-ups and enterprises to large corporate clients. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them on potential expansions abroad.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is fluent in French and proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
- has a good knowledge in Corporate Finance, economy and accounting
- has excellent analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Office skills

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
