We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Wealth Management Financial Intermediaries (FIM) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland. You’ll get to:
- build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy
- support our client advisors in their day-to-day work with a goal of increasing client satisfaction
- coordinate projects with various stakeholders and acquire know-how in project management and business development
Your team
You’ll be working in our FIM team in Geneva. We’re responsible for advising wealthy high net worth and ultra-high net worth private individuals and families working with the bank through a Financial Intermediary (FIM) set-up.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.
Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
