Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- Maintain close contact with our clients and conduct on-site visits together with the Client Advisor
- Prepare and follow up on client meetings and client events.
- Get introduced to the entire day-to-day business of the client advisor and provide their administrative support.
- Assist the client advisor in analyzing financial statements, reviewing loan applications, and preparing annual loan templates.
- Collaborate with product and specialist experts from within and outside the Corporate & Real Estate Banking Switzerland division in a solution-oriented manner.
- Create professional presentations to support the strategic dialogue with our clients.
- Support the preparation of strategic transactions and corporate finance activities.
- Participate in projects by coordinating and performing analysis activities.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Corporate & Real Estate team for the market area Oberland /Emmental /Oberaargau in the region of Berne. We are a diverse and friendly team that will support your future career into the right direction! We’re responsible for business clients from small start-ups and enterprises to large corporate clients. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them on potential expansions abroad.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has an interest in the financial sector, preferably with initial experience through an internship in the finance or banking sector
- demonstrates strong client orientation, openness, communication skills, good team spirit, a confident demeanor, quick comprehension, initiative, and a wide range of interests
- possesses good analytical skills and a good knowledge of MS Office
- is proficient in German and English

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
