Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- support the management as well as the Operating Office CIC Advisory & Sales in strategic and operational projects, as well as their administrative support in the context of daily business
- actively participate in all Subteams of CIC Advisory & Sales
- cooperate solution-oriented in projects with the interfaces of CIC Advisory & Sales
- independently generate topics and content for CIC Advisory & Sales
- collect valuable experience in topics like e.g., corporate banking, organizational planning, culture management, project management, analytics, etc.
- be part of a collaborative and positive team environment where you will receive guidance and mentoring from experienced banking professional from diverse backgrounds
Your team
You’ll be working in the heart of Zurich as business manager in the Operating Office team of CIC Advisory & Sales. We are responsible for the transformation, the implementation and the support of the client servicing model for corporates & institutional clients. It supports front and servicing units and interacts with numerous stakeholders across the whole UBS franchise.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- is fluent in German and proficient in English, French is a plus
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- has willingness to generate solutions and bring in own ideas
- has interest in sales, digitalization and process optimization
- has enthusiasm for founders and young companies
- has interest in providing our clients with a contemporary client experience

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
