Your role

Interested in working in financial services, specifically learning about global market trends, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

  • drive impactful contributions to Unified Global Markets (UGM) Digital Distribution & Shelf business deliveries (for example Aftersales Service or data-driven business initiatives)
  • become the go-to expert for our Business Intelligence Suite (QlikView, Power BI, Tableau).
  • foster and support a vibrant community of UGM internal and GWM users leveraging our Business Intelligence Suite
  • enhance and innovate analytics dashboards while generating and distributing insightful reports (e.g., Product Event Forecast Reports, Structured Products Trade Blotter)
  • lead projects independently, such as software upgrades and migration coordination with IT

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Markets business. We advise clients and do everything that’s needed to buy and sell securities for them from start to finish. We work with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services.

Within Global Markets, you’ll specifically be working in the UGM Digital Distribution & Shelf team. We generate digital sales content and distribute it to GWM client advisors, investment advisors and clients in Switzerland, Hong Kong and Singapore and to financial advisors in the US. We closely work with our Origination and Sales teams as well as IB IT in Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore and the US and have a lot of touch points with various other units in the bank like Chief Investment Office, Chief Operating Office etc.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
  • has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in German preferred
  • is passionate about data analysis and data modeling
  • is eager to learn and apply data structuring and analytics skills to real business cases that move the needle
  • aspires to gain and enhance knowledge on various Business Intelligence tools (QlikView, Power BI, Tableau) and other data analytics tools. Experience with QlikView, Power BI or Phyton is not required but is a plus.
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date: 1st September 2025
