Your role
Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in strategy, stakeholder and project management as well as digital archiving solutions, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
- support us with implementing our crew strategy and our agile transformation
- drive cross-pod initiatives to enable simplification and continues improvements in our daily work
- interact with key stakeholders to understand their needs and reflect those in the crews priorities
- make strategic analysis, e.g. scenario planning, assess the competitor landscape, new products, innovations etc.
- support us in our aim to develop and maintain state of the art digital archives on a global scale together with our IT and stakeholders
- actively support transitions from legacy archives to strategic storage solutions
Your team
You will be working as part of the agile delivery organization in the Document Archiving (DA) crew being part of the Client Document and Record Management (CDRM) foundation stream. The crew is providing scalable archiving services, ensuring resilience, stability, and long-term trust for both clients and regulators - curating the bank’s memory.
You are located in Zurich, Switzerland, working with an international team, which is set-up globally.

Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- has previous experience or familiarity of agile, design-thinking, client centricity and strategic work
- has sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- has extensive experience with MS Office
- you are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
- is fluent in English - German and other languages are a plus
- experience in the area of Archiving and Records Management is a plus
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
