Our Focus-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. Your team
Join the Business Management & Strategy team of Private Banking Region Emerging Markets as part of the Client Strategy & Experience division. As a Business Manager in our Graduate Programme, you will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and expertise, contributing to business growth and supporting operations in fast-paced and rapidly evolving markets. During your journey, you will support the business at both a strategic and operational level, working in a global and multicultural environment.

YOUR CHALLENGE
This position covers a wide range of tasks, including:
- Perform regular and ad-hoc Business Management activities and administrative tasks
- Manage regular and ad-hoc business deliverables and requests from the regional senior management team, business units as well as divisional stakeholders and functional partners. This includes business and data analyses for concept developments and reporting as well as presentations
- Contribute to the conceptual development of projects, initiatives, and activities, execute corresponding data requirements, and support the subsequent implementation in the Region
- Prepare, facilitate, and coordinate various reviews and clean-ups
- Assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of communication concepts with key content and material
- Collaborate and coordinate actively with various stakeholders across the Bank to represent the interests of the Region
YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in relevant fields (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Initial practical experience in banking, finance, wealth management or consulting
- Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
- A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
- Fluency in English and German, with additional languages being a plus
- Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
