Are you passionate about improving processes and optimizing documentation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process and Documentation Specialist.

Your new responsibilities

Process Optimization and Documentation

  • Support the continuous improvement of our product development processes
  • Keep process-related documentation, templates, and guidelines up-to-date and compliant with company standards
  • Assist in implementing updates to enhance efficiency and align with Agile methodologies

Content Review and Data Management

  • Review process documentation for accuracy and suggest improvements in collaboration with experts
  • Maintain and organize records to ensure easy access for stakeholders

Support and Collaboration

  • Provide guidance on process-related inquiries and support team discussions

Your talents and experience

  • Enrolled at a Swiss university in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel (paragraph formatting, Excel functions, and macro knowledge are a plus)
  • Analytical mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies is an advantage
  • Passion for IT and optimizing technical processes
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
