Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically investment banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our investment banking business management for Global Markets.

You’ll get to:

  • work together with the global trading and sales desk including desk heads on various topics (new product initiatives, front-to-back controls ad-hoc surveys, trade data analysis)
  • collaborate with global Business Managers (Zurich, London, New York, Singapore) to support key IB regulatory controls and help on various day-to-day tasks
  • support sales/trading teams by interfacing with front-to-back functions (IT, Finance, Compliance, Operations etc.)
  • handle ad-hoc projects to increase efficiency for regulatory analysis, reporting processes and controls

Your team

You’ll be working in investment banking business management. We’re responsible for managing processes for performance, control and efficiency. We collaborate across the Investment Bank, Wealth Management and Asset Management to enhance our front-to-back delivery, while standardizing and simplifying processes and infrastructure.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree), preferably with a focus in one or several areas on Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration
  • has excellent English (written and oral)
  • has know-how gained from experience (or internship) in Banking or similar
  • has an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date: January 2026

Your program

This paid internship will last 6-8 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
