We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management business - supporting Relationship Manager for the largest Wealth Management clients in the bank.
You’ll get to:
- support a diverse pan-European Relationship Manager team from lead identification to a fully developed clients
- assist the team focusing on prospect profiling, converting prospects as well as increase and enhance client activity
- collect business intelligence on specific markets, prospects and client as well as client profiles to ensure targeted client pitches and identify client needs
- collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
- develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
- attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business
Your team
You’ll be a valuable team member of the GFIW Europe International Relation Manager team. Your day-to-day activities and tasks will connect you with gifted professionals - Relationship Managers, Client Advisors, Client Account Managers and product specialists. You will be gaining first-hand experience of how we bring value to our institutional-type clients from day-to-day job activities to insights on strategic initiatives. Therefore the position offers a unique opportunity to get an in-depth view on how a bank’s front unit as well as all related key stake holder work. Intense interaction with global key stakeholders in client facing roles, product specialists in IB, AM and Wealth Management, CIO, Finance and Marketing is warranted.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- has excellent English (written and oral)
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
Start Date: January / February 2026

Your program
This paid internship will last 5-12 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
