Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically as a wealth management professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint that consistently ranks among the world’s top financial institutions?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management business.

You’ll get to:

  • work on projects and business operations in close collaboration with internal initiatives as well as our designated external fund platform provider
  • be involved in lifecycle management activities for the bank wide fund distribution framework incl. regulatory monitoring of our global distribution partners
  • facilitate the delivery of updates to the fund product shelf in alignment with the CIO house view and product due diligence meeting decisions
  • support Fee management related activities including calculation, collection and processing of trailer fees and respective reconciliation
  • contribute to asset manager relationship management activities incl. preparation of senior management briefings, single point of contact for any asset manager queries
  • produce reports and analysis for the overall fund distribution platform business and its stakeholders
  • collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
  • build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
  • develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
  • attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zürich. The Advisory Offering & Fee Management team is responsible for the fund distribution platform business, encompassing a broad set of responsibilities including business development, fee management, platform operations and offering shelf management. We collaborate with stakeholders across the bank, including experts from the CIO, asset management and product units, front units, legal, compliance and IT. We further have interactions with external business partners like our external fund platform partner as well as fund houses.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
  • has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in German is a plus
  • is proficient in Excel, programming skills are a plus
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date: July or August 2025

Your program

This paid internship will last 6-10 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
