Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- Collaborate with the central Operating Office: Manage and coordinate UBS’s Swiss-wide Real Estate business while gaining hands-on experience by working directly with regional client advisors
- Conduct comprehensive research: Investigate industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes
- Analyze data: Evaluate both quantitative and qualitative data to identify key insights and support strategic decision-making
- Prepare documentation: Create presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Gather information and support the execution of strategic projects and new initiatives
- Analyze client needs: Assist in the preparation of client meetings by understanding and addressing their requirements
- Participate in client meetings: Provide support and contribute to discussions during client meetings and presentations
Your team
You will be working in our Real Estate & IPRE Center of Excellence segment. We provide premium advisory and financing solutions to corporate clients in the industry clusters ‘real estate’ and ‘construction’ - as well as to private clients with income producing real estate. We center our services around a holistic and strategic advisory, acting as a sparring partner for business owners and senior management.
We are a diverse group of professionals with deep expertise in real estate, finance, and strategic planning. Our team collaborates closely with clients, client advisors, and other UBS functions. Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- is fluent in English: Proficiency in additional languages such as French is a plus
- has a genuine interest in the real estate industry and strategic planning: Enthusiastic about contributing to our clients’ and our organization’s success
- is a natural problem-solver: Possesses a logical approach to identifying issues and developing effective solutions, comfortable working with ambiguity and tackling challenges head-on
- has excellent verbal and written communication skills: Able to present ideas clearly and concisely
- has a collaborative mindset: Works well within a team, open to feedback, eager to learn from others, and willing to share insights
- is flexible and adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
