Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and technical support? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Group Technology in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- acquire foundational knowledge of Robotics Process Automation and Automation Anywhere products
- participate in training sessions to understand the administration and support of Automation Anywhere Control Room, BotAgent, and robot code development
- assist the team in providing technical support for the RPA platform across various technical domains
- learn to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues under the guidance of experienced team members
- contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation related to Automation Anywhere products and processes
- collaborate with team members to document workarounds for known errors and support process improvements
- engage with team members in India and Switzerland to build a collaborative environment
- actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance your understanding of RPA and technical support processes
Your team
You’ll be working in RPA Central L2 Platform Support team based in Zurich, as part of a diverse and supportive team where you’ll be contributing to real-world projects.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of Robotics Process Automation, gain hands-on experience with tools like Automation Anywhere, contribute to the support and maintenance of our RPA platform, and work alongside professionals in a collaborative and innovative environment.
The team is based in Poland, India and Switzerland.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree), preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has basic understanding of IT concepts and principles
- has strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
- is familiar with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, HTML/JavaScript); exposure to cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, would be a plus
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program
This paid internship will last 6-12 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
