Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically working on data management projects, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Technology Summer Internship Program.
You’ll get to:
- work on web applications in the Due Diligence space, built with Java/Spring/Oracle
- learn about how our Gitlab pipelines work and identify ways to improve them
- learn about cloud based applications and how they differ from traditional applications
- collaborate with teams across multiple locations, through pair programming and group projects, learning from senior engineers how to build robust, scalable products
- work closely with cross-functional team members to improve our digital products
Your team
You’ll be working in alongside the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) Client Reviews team in Zurich or Lausanne. Our team develops, enhances and supports web applications in the Financial Crime Prevention space, with thousands of client advisors and Compliance staff using our systems daily.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- is currently enrolled in studies, preferably in a MINT topic, and will graduate in late 2026 or 2027
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program
During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
