Your role

Interested in working in financial services, specifically learning about global market trends, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

• build and nurture strong relationships with sophisticated institutional investors, including Private Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Corporates, Family Offices, and more
• analyze global economic, political, geopolitical, environmental, and socio-cultural trends to evaluate their impact on financial markets
• understand sector dynamics and how corporate fundamentals influence valuations and share prices in public markets
• create and promote differentiated content and investment ideas, leveraging UBS research and unique insights through creative formats, conferences, and investor events (with strong links to marketing, communication, and advertising activities)
• collaborate with Derivatives & Solutions and other partner businesses across the Investment Bank to deliver effective and efficient structures that help clients express investment views
• work with Global Banking and Equity Capital Markets to place new or secondary share issues, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
• support innovation by developing new business strategies - covering content, marketing or communication, events, technology, tools, data, and AI products - to drive growth and profitability

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Markets business. We advise clients and do everything that’s needed to buy and sell securities for them from start to finish. We work with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services.

You will be working in the Equities Advisory Sales/Franchise Sales team in Geneva, Switzerland. We hold a market-leading position in Global Equities and Markets both in Switzerland and globally, supported by a top-rated global research product, a strong footprint in our home market, and an unparalleled international network of experts across all geographies. Our offering includes a robust capital markets and execution/trading platform, and we are a core partner of the world’s number one Global Wealth Management franchise.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
• has excellent English and French (written and oral), fluency in German preferred
• has strong interest in financial markets, different industries, and how companies work
• has strong interest in creative marketing and communication
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date: 1st September 2026

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of global markets. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or more, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
