Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in design and developing robust IT solutions with modern technologies, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Technology Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
- develop and implement technical solutions
- be responsible for designing and building critical components to successfully deliver solution
- work with a global team of analysts, engineers and business stakeholders
- be overall responsible for creating impactful change to our clients through the delivery of our products while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policies
Your team
Based out of Zürich, you will be part of the Document Creation and Distribution Crew, which is part of the foundation stream of Client Document and Records Management.
In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods.
You will work in a cross functional and agile team responsible for the OMS-Next Generation solution.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- has good understanding of software development, design, maintenance and integration of Java software solutions
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
