We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong recruiting background in the IT sector and the ability to identify and attract the best talents for our brand.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• You will take care of your own recruiting portfolio with responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruiting process (job description, sourcing, interview, reference check etc.)
• Partner closely with hiring managers to identify their needs and advising on effective and successful search strategies in line with our diversity & inclusion guidelines
• Be an ambassador for Julius Baer and ensure a high quality recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Source top candidates on different channels including social media and other networks in anticipation of future hiring needs
• Build and maintain engaging relationships with the hiring managers, key partners at all levels of the organization and external stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in a financial services and/or agency environment. Experience in recruiting IT profiles is a must criteria
• Collaborative and engaging personality that combines resilience and the agility to thrive in an environment with competing demands
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills and experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers and HR partners
• Passionate about recruiting and dedicated to deliver a high class service experience
• Fluent in both German and English (verbal and written)
• Proficient user of relevant IT systems (MS Office, Workday or similar HR tool)
• Positive attitude and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and handle high volumes at peak times
