Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically as a wealth management professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint that consistently ranks among the world’s top financial institutions?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management business.
You’ll get to:
- coordinate and contribute to the development of a business strategy and business plan for LatAm business area
- support key people initiatives and the development and implementation of strategic projects
- serve as primary aide to the respective business and coordinate the supporting units, i.e. manage the interfaces to HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Controlling
- collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
- develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
- attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business
Your team
You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management LatAm Business Management team in Zurich. We support the market head and management in strategic projects and key initiatives. GWM LatAm International delivers products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families based in South America. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
Start Date: June/July 2025

Your program
This paid internship will last 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
