Your role

Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in planning, coordinating and managing deliverables, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:

  • provide interactive technical training sessions to employees through workshops and events
  • work closely with business stakeholders to understand technical needs and partner with Product Owners and Level 3 teams to reduce incidents and problems
  • identify opportunities to bring additional and personalized tech content to employees
  • to identify potential process improvements

Your team

You’ll be working in the Technology Services End User Support Services team in Zurich. We are part of UBS’s global Technology function. Our role is to enhance employees experience of our Technology infrastructure and systems - which in turn makes work easier and increases job satisfaction. Our technology touches every employee in every UBS location, function and business division.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
  • has deep interest in technical practices and service management
  • has good understanding of operational processes and project methodology, ideally in an agile environment
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.

Start date: September 2025

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
