Our Customer Strategy and Design is looking for you! The nature of our work varies greatly, and you will be exposed to different areas of strategy consulting, such as business strategy, organizational design, customer experience strategy, marketing (digital) strategy, digital and innovation.

You will get an insight into a variety of industries, with a strong focus on Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Banking and Insurance. Deloitte’s strategy practitioners combine deep industry insights with cutting edge methods to help leaders resolve their most critical decisions, drive value, and achieve transformational success.

We work with chief executives and their teams to create effective corporate and business unit strategies and to secure alignment across the enterprise.

Who we are looking for

• 1 to 3 years of experience in brand / product strategy, customer experience strategy, digital marketing, digital consulting, or similar roles within the industry (prior experience in one of our key industry focus is a plus).
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally, with a keen interest in strategy and digital projects. Comfortable engaging with senior clients.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team and willingness to travel within Switzerland.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
