We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
- develop and improve key risk indicators in our Global Wealth Management franchise across all our booking locations to help the front and control functions to identify, manage, and mitigate non-financial risks
- analyze data, business processes and requirements
- build state-of-the-art dashboards and risk scoring solutions
- collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
- develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
- attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business
Your team
You’ll be working for the Data Analytics & Reporting team within Business Risk Services for Global Wealth Management. We are a small but growing team servicing hundreds of internal customers all around the world. We analyze data, business processes and requirements and build state-of-the-art dashboards and risk scoring solutions.
We believe that business, analytics, and IT skills have to be combined into one team to deliver the results our demanding clients require from us. We aim at delivering fast results while maintaining strategic focus, and favor prototyping over extensive analysis. We foster a culture of collaboration, honesty, and openness as this is the only way to succeed in our complex and demanding environment.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- has excellent English (written and oral)
- has knowledge and interest in data analytics
- has experience working with Python, SQL, Excel, etc.
- has knowledge and interest in business, accounting, and finance
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is an independent and holistic thinker, able to derive conclusions based on own considerations and reasoning
- is able to challenge the business, processes, and data analytics results and supports this ability with precise and constructive communication
- is perseverant, able to drill to the bottom of things, and grind through challenging and difficult tasks
- is able to focus and tackle tough problems from multiple angles without getting distracted
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
Start Date: 1st February 2026

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
