Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically in contributing to the Digital Onboarding Journey, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Group Technology.
You’ll get to:
- develop software solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation projects
- analyze data to optimize the manufacturing process
- support engineering projects in the pilot plan
- create efficiencies with room for experimentation to try new things and implement industry best practices to form the foundation of our overall Client Onboarding Strategy
Your team
You’ll be working in our Digital Onboarding team, a cutting-edge hub within UBS dedicated to harnessing the power of digitalization to drive innovation and excellence. Our mission is to develop, test, and deploy software solutions that enhance our business operations, improve client experiences, and maintain our competitive edge in the financial industry.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree), preferably in a MINT topic

has analytical skills and a data driven mindset
know-how gained from experience (internship or similar) in Java development - has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program
This paid internship will last 6-months . You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
