Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically as a wealth management professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint that consistently ranks among the world’s top financial institutions?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management business.
You’ll get to:
- create, develop, manage, and execute global content events across a number of global themes including thought leadership, content, culture and sport/passion events
- incorporate innovative elements into existing content themes and platforms
- research and develop new content platforms and components
- source, design, develop and produce event & conference collaterals and materials
- manage reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- contribute to event and venue research
- support various team members on on-going and upcoming project
- collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
- develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
- attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business
Your team
You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zürich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.
Our Global Flagship Events team create global bespoke and unique event platforms and services - tailoring thought leadership, passion, and cultural themes to provide insights, education, entertainment, access and networking opportunities to assist our clients in building a lasting foundation beyond wealth.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in German required
- has a keen interest in marketing and events
- has know-how gained from experience (or internship) in the field (preferably)
- has an interest in learning more about the GWM area and broadening your network
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
Start Date: ASAP
We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. Your program
This paid internship will last 6-12 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
