Your role

Are you interested in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team? Are you very well organized and enjoy taking ownership for your own task portfolio? Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving the function and region forward?

We are looking for someone like that to:

• provide support to the central Chief of Staff team to aid in the preparation of material for executive level stakeholders
• be involved in governance activities, e.g. minuting management meetings, tracking and following up with the actions
• help coordinate employee events, creating the material to spread the word
• be involved in planning, writing and editing articles and announcements
• tackle small projects from start to finish
• maintain and update communication channels to inform staff about upcoming events and foster collaboration across the team

Your team

You will be part of the Chief of Staff team in Zurich and will have strong interaction with the Technology Services Application Support & Reliability Management team. We interact with people across the company and this role is a unique opportunity to meaningfully contribute and get exposed to a wide variety of tasks, from governance support to reporting and communications.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
• is fluent in English and German, both verbal and written
• is good in command of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel and CoPilot), and is a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
• is a Team-player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable with interacting with colleagues at all levels
• has a structured work style with distinct planning and execution abilities and is confident working autonomously
• has a flexible, reliable and pragmatic approach with analytical focus and a “can do” mentality and a diligent way of working
• pays attention to detail, with strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
