Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support Corporate Clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

  • contribute to various strategic initiatives and projects
  • help to define future sales processes and tools to support client advisors
  • roll out new product features and tools, from running pilots to writing communications and holding training sessions
  • receive insights to various banking products for corporate clients
  • interact with a variety of stakeholders across business areas and divisions
  • organize meetings and prepare project presentations for different management levels
  • build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
  • expand your network within the Business Area Corporate & Real Estate and beyond

Your team

You’ll be working in our Corporate and Real Estate Chief of Staff team that covers two focus areas: Business Transformation and Sales & Segment Management.

The Business Transformation team drives various strategic projects with the aim to further develop our Hybrid Bank business model. The team also improves the user experience for clients and client advisors when using digital solutions. The Sales & Segment Management focuses on supporting the regions / segments in their sales activities and closely supports the Business Area head on the tracking of the sales performance. The team also bundles the expertise around product areas such as Financing and FX.

Together, we manage a portfolio of change and run the bank projects. The exact assignment plan for the GTP will be defined, depending on the upcoming projects as well as the interests and skills of the candidate.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
  • has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
  • speaks German fluently and has proficient skills in English and, ideally, either French or Italian
  • has values that align with ours: open-mindedness, drive, trust and collaboration
  • is eager to learn new things and does not fear challenging the status quo
  • has an autonomous, organized and detail-oriented work style
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
