Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

  • support relationship managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing for client visits or events and executing transactions
  • participate in identifying and structuring new financing opportunities and onboard clients to develop the bank’s CTF franchise
  • analyze the risks and prepare Credit requests for submission to Credit Risk Department
  • ensure the monitoring of the commodity flow financed by the bank within our Transactional Collateral Management Team
  • contribute to transversal projects on sustainability and transition strategy
  • build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy

Your team

You’ll be working in the Commodity Trade Finance Energy and Softs team in Geneva. Our clients are international trading companies either based in Switzerland or abroad. Our CTF team is staffed with more than 50 experienced professionals whose mission is to arrange the financing for flows of commodities around the world.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
  • has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
  • is fluent in English and conversational in French, German is a plus
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, open-minded, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • has strong analytical skills with interest in financial and risk assessment and geopolitics.
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines and bring knowledge in commodity and trade finance

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
