Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically working on AI projects, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Summer Internship Program.
You’ll get to:
- design target solution and develop technical prototypes
- document business requirements and translating those into technical specifications
- learn new technologies and support awareness sessions across teams
- work closely with cross-functional team members to improve our digital products
Your team
You’ll be working in the Automation and AI delivery team in Switzerland - the team is part of GOTO Group Operations. The team is responsible for identifying and implementing Automation and AI solutions to support global cross divisional Ops service delivery teams in executing their day-to-day business more efficiently and smartly.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- is currently enrolled in studies, preferably in a MINT topic, and will graduate in late 2025 or 2026
- has experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program
During your 9-week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.
You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
